Im going to buy it, doest pre paid visa gift card work?

I am having troubles with my PayPal it says i need to further verify my account and add Credit card and i dont have one.

Anyway, when i go to buy now, its says they accept visa and master card.

so If i click proceed to checkout, the option there is ----> I don't have a paypal, proceed with Credit Card.

Can I enter info for a Visa Gift Card?
Has anyone done this and can verify it will work?

also before they said that the system requirements far exceed what NS2 will eventually need, is it still a very demanding game?

    it's a pretty demanding game, they have not added the options for stepping the graphics and tweaking how hard the engine works on shadows, etc yet but they have said that they will, right now a dual core processor and 512mb higher end videocard and a lot of ram will get you playing.

    As far as I know, visa prepaid cards work exactly like credit cards, only difference being that they were prepaid. It should work just fine.

    Regarding your computer running it, we might have a better answer for you if you can post some specs. The game isn't well optimized at the moment, so you need a fairly beefy PC to play it (well) in its current state.

    Buy it now and support the devs for the hard work the have and will continue do do. They are working on it just about every day. Next patch seems like they improved a lot.(Based on NS2HD's 162 build playtest video.)

    You have to verify your account, you'll get two amounts to your bank account and when you get them you have to write the exact amount in your paypal account. After that your acc is verified and you can buy it.
    But usually you can buy it without verifying, perhaps by using debit entries? look at the buy menu if you can change the payment option.

    but that has nothing to do with visa gift card.....you only used the normal creditcard like me ;)

    Paypal uses different policies for what they accept in different countries. So gift cards may work in one country but not in another.

    I've made the experience that it actually works more often here than the other way around. Either way at least we know how to run a bank. :p

    No, it was a visa gift card. Worked for NS2 but not minecraft /shrug
