[release] Ctx Crosshairz + Blue Muzzleflash

I am releasing the crosshairs I made and the Blue Muzzleflash I made.

I know changing the muzzleflash is being called cheating, but it's isn't too much smaller than the original, and because someone else released a muzzleflash. Besides...it's blue!!!
