Cannot recieve key via email

<strike>Hey everybody, I'm new, and i registered because I have a big problem.
I just pre-ordered NS2, but i did not receive a beta key - i checked my Spam but there was none in there either - at first i searched around and i found the retrieve license and change email pages here, so i tried to retrieve the key, but I still received no email.
I was thinking maybe it was a problem with the site itself, so after several tries, I attempted to change the email address, but it requires me to open an email <i>to</i> the old email address. I checked it and once again, there are no emails, so i can't even change emails to see if this is the case.
I could not use my email to sign up here either, i had to use a different site entirely.
The email site i normally use is hotmail.com. I have a feeling its a problem on their end, but I'd like to know if you guys have any way of fixing this, perhaps by changing it yourself or some such solution.

UWE are generally very quick with this kind of thing just hang in there.
I checked, nothing is in there. I think its a problem with hotmail itself, as i couldn't recieve a conformation email from this site either, unless i use my optonline account.
For all i know It could have been sent several times but it can't come through.

Look for "Common problems", first paragraph.
Paisand sent a link (to a link) that goes to a page where you can get your key re-sent at any time. Should just type in your email and if you bought the game under that email, it will send your key again.
If nothing else works, the UWE team will probably be able to help you personally. They're cool like that. :)
It was just taking a while. I checked after about an hour and i got 5 of those emails. Its good now though, i got a key :)
Great :) I hope this means the UWE email server is overloaded with new sales and can't keep up.
