  The cd part makes me wonder... Unless he meant cdkey (which is still wrong though)

  yeah i am shocked what are the chances of a CDkey already taken i dont want to dispute this with paypal id rather talking about getting a new cdkey with the dev's i got proof of my claim that it says "cdkey already active with other steam account"
