What should happen to the Kharaa structures when they die.

<div class="IPBDescription">An idea do improve realism</div>I was just wondering what the current ideas are for the Kharaa structures when they die because at the moment they just fall over then suddenly dissapear.
I was thinking that maybe they should fall over (Like the do) then after a few seconds its body should turn into the Dynamic Infestation (Not the kind that spreads just a stationary one to add to the effect). Then maybe after that something could happen to the DI that takes the place of the Kharaa stucture but I didn't think of anything for that part.
Ideas and feedback are welcome but please don't rage :P

Perhaps they could melt or fade into dust/steam/sludge?
For marines, perhaps they could just fade or appear to 'vaporise' away when they die.

I am kinda on the same line:
Corpses on DI get dissolved by bacteria. (greenish effect)
Corpses on nano-grid get disassembled by nanites. (blue effect)
Compare doom3 demons dissolving for effect visuals.

like those two. would add some nice atmosphere to the game.
Marines would kinda dissolve like the Combine when hit with a energyball.

I agree with this, keeps the rooms clean ^^
The marine animation will be really easy. Blue particle effect encapsulating the body. Maybe some other rules so the blue particle effect doesn't appear in the wrong spot. Done.
Making the alien counterpart look as good will be tough.
