M.A.C. and M.A.S.C. name problems

<div class="IPBDescription">MAC is too short, both are too similar</div>Change either MAC or MASC to something else. They sound way too similar. Especially since both of them are commander controlled units. This can lead to confusion over voice communication.

Probably best to change the MASC name since it's not yet released. Just calling them Siege Robots/Vehicles/XYZ's will work perfectly (it probably will be shortened to "Sieges" by the players).

MAC is also too short to search for in the NS2 forums (needs 4 letters). The MAC's name must be changed, or the search protocols need to be changed.

MAC is also the word for a operating system, but eh, whatever. Very little in game confusion will be caused from this.

    Hm. Thats the first time i actually see the masc.
    I'd say it looks like a badger (the tracks look like feet), a warthog or a boar (the little spikes on the front look like teeth).

    then you have MAC and MSC, a difference of one letter. S and A are right next to each other on a qwerty keyboard. I could see typos causing quite a bit of confusion in this setup >_<

    On topic: I agree one or the other should change name. You can presume players will adopt nicknames in short order anyway, because that's what gamers do, but for the purpose of communications it'd be a good idea to keep them seperate, so when players refer to one or the other it's clear immediately.
