    My previous lapses have been of the 'playing less' variety, this time I have actually cancelled the accursed thing. The content was getting dull and some guild drama was the final straw. There's comes a point when you just have to say to yourself, "I'm old enough to stop arguing with kids over video games." Apparently for me that point was 30.

    And IRC, frankly I just forget it's there. It's been a constant part of my startup for so long, it just sits forgotten in the task tray. I do check and see what people are jabbering about from time to time, but I never see anything to convince me to break my silence.
