Special Edition Ordering Issues

<div class="IPBDescription">Does UW care about customers?</div>I ordered the Special Edition, but I only received one key "NS2 pre-order Special Edition", not the additional key, which is necessary to activate the alpha on steam. I tried the "Retrieve your license key"-form several times, but only one key keeps arriving. I checked my spam filter, no success. I wrote an e-mail to "store@unknownworlds.com" and waited "a few days". Guess what - no answer.
Do you always treat your customers like this? Or do you actually care about them?

Right now they have heavy focus on the alfa (game), so its going to take a litte longer to get to this kind of stuff.
But as long you can prove that you did buy the SE version it should not be any problems.
Maybe it's both!
