Special Edition Ordering Issues

<div class="IPBDescription">Does UW care about customers?</div>I ordered the Special Edition, but I only received one key "NS2 pre-order Special Edition", not the additional key, which is necessary to activate the alpha on steam. I tried the "Retrieve your license key"-form several times, but only one key keeps arriving. I checked my spam filter, no success. I wrote an e-mail to "store@unknownworlds.com" and waited "a few days". Guess what - no answer.

Do you always treat your customers like this? Or do you actually care about them?

    they got 16k preorders and are a small team. there is probably only so much they can do at a time.
    but posting here certainly will help to accelerate the process ;) don't worry, you don't miss too much yet anyway.

    Right now they have heavy focus on the alfa (game), so its going to take a litte longer to get to this kind of stuff.

    But as long you can prove that you did buy the SE version it should not be any problems.

    This problem was caused by people pre-ordering last minute, but the payment didn't process until after the alpha period had begun (for example, if you had used a paypal bank transfer, which may take a week to process). As a result, these people didn't get the second key (required for alpha access and black armour) even though they should have. Just send support an email and they'll be happy to sort through your issues.

    I'll look at this once I am able to get into the email in a while. We did miss some reqests as some have been filtered to the spam box and depsite my best efforts I am sure I missed them in there even when I looked (so much spam to dig through).
