1)
Failed to load Steam ServiceServiceStart: failed to startCreateBoundSocket: ::bi nd returned Win32 error 10049
CreateBoundSocket: ::bind returned Win32 error 10049
cminterface.cpp (810) : Assertion Failed: 0 != m_hConnection
CreateBoundSocket: ::bind returned Win32 error 10049
Timeout initializing Steam server services.

Solution
Remove -ip from the command line and then delete server.xml in the appdata folder and then start the server

About: doesn't seem to have an effect

3)Running a second server is not visible

about: running a second server on port 27020 for example is not visible in the server browser.
Clients can still connect to it manually though.

    Only thing I've noticed is the Client command outside of lag compensation message which should be a value to turn off errors or clamp the errors after x amount of lines of it.

    My console froze up this morning but I can still connect to the server itself. And how did you manage to start a second server? Copy & pasted the install into a new directory with a new xml file?

    Prett much although it will use he same server.xml file. Just set all the options you want via the command line

    Good to know, I plan on running 3 servers upon release. I really hope they let us choose the limits of player counts and not limit us.

    What do you mean? You can already limit player counts with -limit?

    #1 aint fixed for me.

    removed the -ip from the command line

    I've read that there is now a server release that does not require Steam to be running, does anyone have a link please ...

    What I mean is they put in a hard limit of say 32 or 24, let the server ops decide the limit leave it open to as many as the server can handle kind of deal.
