Help--my keys don't work!

Anyway, I still can't get my Black Armor DLC to register in Steam. It looks like someone has a dupe code, but that's seemingly impossible. I've tried EVERYTHING in the Unknown Worlds tech support email and in these forums to get my keys to work, but nothing has. Someone please help, I paid $40 for this game on the FIRST DAMNED NIGHT it was available, because I love NS so much, and now I'm pretty sad that I can't play the alpha. I know it's a crappy alpha release anyway (not to be condescending--alphas are ALWYAYS crap!)--but I feel like I've earned the right to take part in the development of the next iteration of the greatest FPS game I've ever played.

That, and like I said earlier--I paid $40 for this!! Come on! :(

Someone please help. :(

    It's probably a dupe code, that got sended, please have some patience, I'm shure they will sort it out as soon as they can.

    Send them an email - best way to be noticed.

    Speaking of keys that don't work (offtopic), the numpad doesn't work in NS2. This is blasphemy. The numpad is the pinnacle of computer keyboarding. When I first noticed this, I had tried to change the number of players in a server, typing "2" with no result, and I thought: Why isn't this working? WHY? And then I looked at the dreaded 2 above the Q and W keys, and shuddered in disgust. You make me resort to this? This... relic from times long past. Bring the numpad back! I want my numpad support!!!

    I *did* send them an email, to which they responded with a standard form email saying how it's impossible for them to respond correctly to emails.


    I'm about ready to call MasterCard and reverse some charges, but I don't want UW to go through that asspain.

    I had a problem myself as well, although not the same one. Got the standard reply as well (not solving my issue), but they did e-mail me with a solution later on. I don't know when you've send the e-mail, but if it hasn't been long you might still get a reply.

    Just have some patience, I know it's frustrating, but I'm 100% certain that they fix that as soon as possible.
    They are not ignoring you.

    And even if it doesn't help that much to say:
    Since it's the first alpha build you aren't missing anything important if you only get to play it a little later then the others.
