Let Serverop Decide If They Want More Than One Cc

I know this has been harped on time and time again.. but I have to bring it up again. I run an always packed 16 slot server. Now even though my server could handle double that with decent ping times.. I don't open up more slots on the server. Why you ask? Unless you have a God-like commander, after 8 people on the marine team, it gets just ridiculously hard to keep up with all the marine requests while still doing things like researching and upgrading. I would love to see a second CC if the team has 8 or more players ( or a number that can be specified in the server config like mp_secondCC = #). Now this wouldn't be a full CC. It would only do the functions that main CC delegated to it.. and in the event that the main CC is destroyed or unoccupied for say 1 min.. then it would become the primary CC.. now it would have to be able to create new CC's and delegate tasks to them (or existing ones). But for sure only activate the second CC if the number of marines meet the requirement. You would want to disable the second CC and kick the secondary person out of the chair if the numbers dropped below the required.
Now I know a lot of people will say that this would be unfair. So make it an option that can be turned off and on.. and If one CC delegates a function to another CC then the primary CC can no longer use that function until control is given back by the secondary CC or via it being destroyed.

Oh well, you have one commander, he needs to be on task and know his strategy and the backup plans incase it fails. That is what makes a good commander, if he cant handle it then find a perosn who will. Alien gorges have the same tasks, building structures, saving for hives, upgrades, etc. You must realize for every marine so called "disadvantage" has some sort of coutnerpart mimicing the same thing for aliens.
