    I use remote desktop to connect to my server.
    default port for remote desktop is 3389 if you want to port-forward it through your router.

    There is no RCON, if that's what you're looking for.

    Using remote desktop or a command-line system could work.

    There is no control atm.

    There is no rcon
    The server.exe will not accept inputs via cmd line window.

    In short you can run the server, configure it (basically) but you can not administer it atm

    On a semi-related note, will we be getting any information on the query protocol for the servers? I have some web scripts that I use to query my servers, and I'd love to be able to add NS2 to them. The server is running on 27015 so I guess that it would use the goldsrc/source protocol, but that was just a (wrong) stab in the dark.

    He might as well go and mimic the source protocol for queries since he's using the same port.

    It is the normal query protocol, just on port 27016 instead of 27015.
