My friend and I are still sitting here playing NS1 awaiting the key and reading forum posts of people's first impressions :(.

    If you're on Yahoo be sure you've added store@unknownworlds.com to your address book. That fixed the delay for me.

    same happened to me, I just waited. The email is getting backed up. think of all the keys they need to send out.

    Don't worry, you're not the only one.

    And stop with the retrieval link please. It's on the front page in the feed and every thread about the keys triple posted at least. We know. We've used it.

    All we can do is wait, but from what I hear, it's too laggy and we're not missing much till things settle down, and seeing so many people still on the forums and not playing pretty much confirms that.

    I downloaded ns2 with my SE key which I retrieved 10 days ago, but when I launch to play it, Im told its not the special edition. What todo?

    I change my email from yahoo to gmail and it worked instantly and got the key. Something wrong with yahoo email accounts not getting the keys.

    I was worried at first, tried the retrieval link and got it instantly

    .. trust me, you guys really aren't missing much, at least until they get the connection problems sorted almost no one can play the game anyway lol
