I have waited for a long while now, the upgrade is done, I tried redeeming it with my email address, didn't work, and still won't work, I want to play this alpha, now, tell me, where did my alpha key go? I upgraded to the special edition, it got done, NOW WHERE IS MY ###### KEY?!

    While I don't agree with Fujin lack of tact, I too am getting a little frustrated with watching others already hard at work catching bugs and me still waiting for the key (retrieved several times and sent an email to store@unknownworlds.com )

    I don't know but it seems that people with Yahoo emails aren't getting their emails from the servers in a timely manner, I just got my "Play the alpha tonight" email an hour ago D:

    Yes, I used the right email, I tested an incorrect email to make sure I would see an error.
    Yes, I will continue to wait, considering it's alpha, I'm not expecting much gameplay anyway. :P

    Also use a yahoo account.

    It's been over an hour since my first "Retrieve" attempt and I've tried several times since.

    I have the same issue. Haven't received email, not in my spam folder, when I retrieve it says it will arrive in a few minutes. Also have yahoo email.

    I'm with Yahoo and I definitely haven't gotten mine yet, even after a retrieval.
    Perhaps UWE had their mailing servers black listed?

    They really should have disabled retrieval and just set up a round robin for all Alpha Pre-orderers though. So it would send out say, 1000 keys in the first 5 minutes, then another 1000 and so on and so fourth.

    I am in the same boat. Verified email address, attempted to retrieve, relogged into the mailbox a few time to be sure, checked alternate emails. Can't stay up much later without alpha access.

    Edit: Not sure if it helps, I am also on a yahoo address.

    You've made like 7 threads complaining over trivial bs like how long it's taking to get an email and honestly there are worse things in the world. I've had to babysit children more patient than you. Pathetic.
    Also you might get better results by not telling the community to go #$(* themselves, so go @#*$ yourself. :)

    thats kinda what im thinking..... I also tried to 'change' my email address, but seeing as it needs to send a verify email to the original it still hasn't shown up.
