Upgraded to the special edition, some problems.

I still haven't gotten the confirmation email yet, I upgraded some days ago, where is it? They said I would get it before the alpha is out, only some hours are left, I better get access to the alpha on the 26th, because I payed an extra 20$ for it, and I don't take kindly when my money is flushed down the toilet.

    Everything is handled manually. So I'm sure it will take some time. Just remember to save all the emails and transactions and I'm sure it will be fine.

    I'll calm down if I get that confirmation email, and, if it's that bad for them, think about the other people who upgraded after me, when will they get their confirmation email? December 21st 2012?

    There are quite a large volume of upgrades to get through, and they have to be handled manually. Everyone who ordered one will get one as soon as possible.

    You paid 20$ for alpha access, and you will get it. The person handling it is working as fast as they can, but if you don't have it on the first day off alpha it really isn't the end of the world. Honestly, I'm pretty sure the first day is going to be pretty messy, and its going to take a few days to smooth out a lot of the showstopping issues (releasing a very early development build to so many thousands of people is bound to have issues).

    We appreciate the upgrade, but please try and refrain from having an attitude about the situation.
