Which class are you most intererested in...

Hey, so Alpha is around the corner... so which class are you most interested in playing? I guess this neglects the Fade and Exo, cause we don't have a detailed idea about them (well maybe a little about exo). Is it the Onos? Lerk? Jetpacker? what and why?

I'm looking forward to the Lerk, it has always been my favored class and am curious about it's game mechanics. Perching I think will be a fun new addition to the class, even though it has now become a support.. and can you say LERK SPIKES? :D

Skulk and Lerk, i've never been much of a fade player, i've probobly played it about 10-20 times my entire 8 years of playing lol. then it'd be gorge to see him slide if that's in during alpha and such, weeee GUYS 3ish days!

I'm looking forward to the Lerk. Skulks are cool and all, but lerks can go whooshhh~etc~~ also - hanging upside down!

Gorges dont seem so fun u can only build OC - does NS2 even have DC and SC ? I'm kinda confused about gorges now...theyre supposed to be a fighter class??? But still fat and slow????

* One of our shipping maps (ns2_tram), plus some smaller "test" maps
* Marine, with Rifle, Pistol, SwitchAx, Grenade Launcher (oops, and shotgun!)
* Skulks, Gorges, Lerks and their basic movement abilities and weapons
* Marine armory "buy" screen for purchasing new equipment
* Alien evolution menu for choosing your lifeform and upgrades
* Basic marine and alien commander interfaces including MACs, Drifters
* Much of our final sounds, artwork, animations, etc.

I've always missed the lerk spike so I'm happy it's making its return. My fav class on NS1 was fade ofc, a good fade, given that there is enough room, is unstopable in ns1 :)
I really didn't like the skulk, so I'm hoping there will be some changes there.
Apart from that I'm also looking forward to trying out the commanders, I haven't done much commanding in ns1 and I'dd like to make up with that..
