Tried to upgrade. No Response.

I decided to send $20.00 to unknown worlds, via paypal, in order to upgrade from standard edition to special edition. I have received no response and still only have the standard edition key. Is there something else I need to do besides sending money via paypal and then e-mailing?

    edit: Also they have to do it manually, there are a lot of people upgrading to SE... so if you don't hear anything right away.. just wait a bit longer.

    Yeah its been 4 days. But if it's a little longer, I understand. My paypal and game e-mail were different, so just a little worried that it got messed up.

    They'll definitely get to you mate, don't worry. On top of trying to get the Alpha out on time, I imagine they have a plethora of emails coming in regarding key upgrades, let alone the usual volume of emails I imagine they receive.

    Make sure you gave info so they know which steam account/code/e-mail/ whatever to upgrade for you
