My NS2 pre-order Special Edition Key does not work with steam

Hi! I payed for NS2 SE and when I try to add the CD key that was sent to me on my steam account, steam says that the product code is invalid. I ordered this last September, any help would be appreciated! I sent an email to store@unknownworlds.com about this over a week ago and haven't had a response and have been checking the online chat help but have yet to see it online. Thanks

    I'm just assuming you're trying to use the old cd-key.

    <u>Afaik</u> the old key is not the same as the Steam-key. The key you recieved in september won't work in steam so don't even try. Your new key has been send to you via Email and since you didn't know it until now i suppose it has been deleted by a spam filter or maybe you didn't even check. So ... check your mail account and then do what Warlover said
