  Start a server, type status in the console, I think that displays it.

  Also make sure if you start a server, you're not starting it in LAN(should be "cl_lan 0" I think) because it won't show your correct steam id last I remember. So you can join any server or create a server(just not a LAN one) and type status.

  pretty sure the LAN IDs start with "LAN_" instead of "STEAM_"
