Voice comms and their possibilities

Hey folks,
we're in the time where headsets and voice are very important in games though I know many people who prefer normal voice comms over the headsets for preferable reasons like shrill kid voices, bad audio, etc. People tend to keep the Atmossphere of the game simple so both sides should be evolved.
And because of that I came to the idea what other possibilities ingame voice comms have. Something like this:
Walking through the map:
"Damn it's cold in here." ; "Wow, look at that thing man." ; "Hmm, very dark in here, eh?"
Building Structures:
"That thing breaks me sweat man." ; "God I think i dropped the bolt" ;
So you get the idea. Other things could be buying a weapon, using doors and stuff.
I think those Comms would give the Game a deeper Atmossphere if implented right. The other thing I thought about is about answering those comms, so for example when someone in a radius of 10 metres says something and you open your comm menu you can answer to his comment, like:
"Hey Com, what about some MASC taxis?"
- "Yeah and bring some subways!"
"I need a Medkit"
- "My Buddys dying dammit!
"What the hell was that?"
- whispering "Shut up dude/Pssst"
So there is just a new option below which is named "Answer" or something. This could enhance gameplay and atmossphere I believe.
This is no big thing and maybe not that necessary but would add a nice touch.
So what are you thinking about more "freedom of speech" and what are your ideas?

Not that it can't be done because of Time, Money and Work.
And the "My shrink says ..." meme never gets old in my opinion.
So don't point out that it's stupid but think about what it could bring, after that we can talk about the costs..
Whoever did that voice needs to be in more games.
At the very least, make my Marine silent if I'm in "walk" mode or otherwise doing whatever doesn't make footstep noises.
"Sarge, was it load then lock?"
"Anyone got a light?"
-"Sorry, second platoon has the flame thrower"
"I don't know about you, but I wanna make it to retirement."
"It's quiet... too quiet."
-"(radio) AAAAHHH"
"You don't have to be crazy to work here, but it helps."
"I think border patrol has an immigration problem."
"Lieutenant, I don't feel so good."
"I've got a baaaaad feeling about this."
"I think I left the oven on."
-"Lets turn up the heat"
"After you."
-"Ladies first."
Maybe dying corpses on the ground should talk
"Medic!"
"I feel so cold."
"Sing me a lullaby."
"I want my mother."
"I wanna go home."
"Help me, please."
"My legs!"
"I got one for you, Captain."
