Launcher.exe Error

<div class="IPBDescription">Newly installed, can't run the Launcher</div>Every-time I click the .exe I get this error.
I have re-installed 3 times now and re-downloaded the ns2_setup.exe

It installs correctly (as far as I can tell).

    If you run <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/download.php?file=vcredist_x86.exe" target="_blank">this installer</a>, does it complete successfully? Does the Launch Pad work? Thanks.
