No Email from Pre-order Pack

<div class="IPBDescription">Resend Confirmation Email "Not on File"</div>I bought the Organic Pre-order Pack earlier and received both my Paypal receipt and Overgrowth Email perfectly, I was told to expect another email for NS2. I've waited some time and it hasn't come, when I tried to have it sent it says that the email I entered is not on file. I tried changing my email, which worked, but the new one isn't on file either.
Nothing is in my spam folder on either address and surely if it isn't on file then there's no chance of just getting it back that way. How am I going to get my pre-order key now?

    You can't use new codes to redeem copies of the other game because otherwise people would just buy one game and get the other free instead of the 40% off offer.

    I've emailed store@unknownworlds.com, I got an autoresponse with some FAQ suggestions but will wait for a full reply. My initial email change failed so I'm still using the original which I bought the game with now.
