Re-sending NS2 Special Edition activation e-mail?

I received an e-mail from Wolfire Games notifying me that because I had preordered Overgrowth, I could claim a free copy of NS2 Special Edition by submitting my Overgrowth alpha key at <a href="http://www.wolfire.com/pack?og=1" target="_blank">http://www.wolfire.com/pack?og=1</a>. I went to the link, submitted my alpha key, and then saw an e-mail notification appear in the lower-right of my screen. I clicked on my inbox, but the e-mail wasn't in my inbox. I contacted John at Wolfire and asked if the e-mail could be re-sent, but he said I'd need to contact the NS2 folks to fish out that activation e-mail based on my Overgrowth alpha key submission. My e-mail provider is msn.com, and I'm currently unable to get hold of any tech support from them to retrieve the e-mail.

    I am guessing it would have come from "NS2 Store" (search for that in your email). If not, email charlie@unknownworlds.com and he can help :)

    Civilian and Comprox, thank you very much for the help. I was able to get my license information re-sent, but now how do I download the game to then enter the license and unlock (if that's how the process works)?

    you don't, yet. as of now you can download the alpha SDK tools here: <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/download.php?file=ns2_setup.exe" target="_blank">http://www.unknownworlds.com/download.php?file=ns2_setup.exe</a>
    as for the game, the alpha is supposedly coming "soon", until then your welcome to pull up a chair with the rest of us.

    Right on, Renegade, thank you for that info. I kind of had an idea that was the case, but I'm new to the world of open development. Cheers to you, and I look forward to the release of NS2. You NS2 community members are great!!!

    I had the same problem. Go into the Wolfire IRC channel and wait until Jeff has free time. Give him your alpha key, and he'll tell you what email he sent the "reminder e-mail" to, there you go.
