Just found out that the lines follow the camera wherever it goes. (ex: The lines in front of the cart on the floor, no matter what angle I look the lines are always horizontal like they are in the screen shot.)

Yeah I have the lines too, seems like there are still some problems with geforce 7 series cards, but at least it's improving!
