Never Got My NS2 License

So about 2 week ago I pre-ordered NS2 and paypal took my cash and gave it to those guys somewhere in the bay area. I never got an email with a key, and when I try to get it myself (http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/retrieve), I get a message saying they dont have my email address on file, so email them.

It's been about 10 days and I havent heard from the UW Team. Any ideas on what I can do to get a key and not get lost in the system?

    Hmm that's unusual that you haven't gotten a response. Are you sure of the email you used to register? Is there a possibility you sent it to another one?

    I assume by "email them" you used charlie [at] unknownworlds.com?

    also try store [at] unknownworlds.com

    I used the same email as my paypal account to email store -at- unknownworlds.com and I will try charlie -at- unknownworlds.com

    Same thing is going on with me, I just assumed they are backed up from all the work they have so I didn't mind the wait. Just as long as I get to play once the game is out. :)

    Yeah I'd imagine its a little hectic right now, don't worry guys they wouldn't forget about you...and remember the game isn't out yet so your not really missing anything :P

    Charlie is really good about answering his e-mails and making sure that you get your keys, I wouldn't worry about it after you shoot him an e-mail :).
