Scripting on the server side?

I think we probably will, but how?
In NS1 you had to use AMX Mod X, what about NS2?

Well, here they seem to indicate it:

Although that was pretty old. At the very least it sounds like they want to have client scripting for modifications to the HUD.

That blog post only talks about client-side LUA scripts uploaded by the <b>server</b>.
