<div class="IPBDescription">Because it was awesome.</div>I've recently started trying to track down an older game that I enjoyed. It was an RTS set underwater. There were at least 2 races, but possibly 3. The first race were humans and used technology and what not to get around. This included Submarines and all there structures were metal and what not - the predictable characteristics of an underwater human civilization. There were different torpedo upgrades that you could give your submarines, and "collector" submarines if memory serves me right, that went out and collected resources. Human structures could be elecrified also. The second race were aliens or something. They relied solely on their "biological superiority" and as such most (if not all) their structures and vehicles were biologically based. I don't really remember much about them to be honest.
Both teams started off in one area of the map and the goal was to ultimately destroy each others bases. I've only played a demo of this game, that I believe was on a PC Gamer CD at least 5 years ago, but probably more. Given my very limited description of the game, I don't suppose anyone has any idea what game I'm referring to? I don't think that it was very popular and I have on ideas as to what each side was called or the name given to the game.

Maybe I should go to Google school again. I did a dozen searches for that and found nothing...
Thanks.
Sigh. I really, really miss playing these older games.
Sort of like Starcraft underwater imo..
Argh, now I'm in the mood to play it again.
Do they have a 'bing' school too? I wonder.

Just a thought, did you try setting the compatibility of the .exe file to an earlier version like windows 95 or 98?
They did but it was closed due to lack of admissions.
lack of endowment probably didn't help
