i purchased ns2 a couple of days ago and didnt recieve any emails beside the paypal recipt

who can i contact in regards to this issue cheers

ive used the resend cdkey function but i never get an email reply

    I've got the same problem. I've heard the requesting the key send helps if you're patient enough to keep trying for a few days, but so far I haven't got the key either. I was just about to start mailing people, but let's see if someone gives good advice here.

    At least I've got the payment verification from paypal in my paypal mail and I also receive NS community mails in my other mail, neither of them has received the key code.

    Heh, now I even got the skulk&armory blog notification in my paypal mail, so the mail adress is definitely registered to UWE.

    Same problem here.

    You could try changing it to a different email. If that doesn't work, or you are unwilling, you should just email charlie@unknownworlds.com . Your problem is not uncommon and that's how the other threads have progressed.

    Wait at least a day to receive the e-mail with the key (check spam filters), if its still not coming, try the key retrieve link:

    If its still not working try e-mailing charlie with the problem:

    charlie@unknownworlds.com

    He should be able to do it manually for you.
