or just a Official Story of the Marines and Kharaa, how they first met, and become Enemies.

I know that the Time is to short to make a Story Mode, but what about an Add-on after the Release of NS2 like "Natural Selection 2 - The Story"

The Humans (Marines) fly to a far Planet, to Build a Factory, but after a Time they Discovered the Kharaa on it, and at this time they fight. (Like that)

Story stuff in-game? It would be nice, but extremely low priority I guess.

LUA is designed for ease of use, they want us to make their Campaign :O

They would like to, but a lot of resources go into making a single player campaign, and they're a small company. From what I can tell, they're trying to make a game with AAA title quality, but in a small enough scope to accomplish this.

A co-op campaign might be neat; however, the resources required to program decent AI for NS2 would be unjustified.

I doubt that the devs have enough time to do a single player campaign, and there haven't even been a whiff of a tutorial. I think they can only release a multiplayer game if they intend to keep with the Fall 09 deadline.
