    Not likely, Constellation membership was for NS1 not NS2.

    Now that's a nice Idea, but it'd require two additional Texturemaps for the Marines to display it on the green and the black armor.

    I don't think its recognition per-say. Some people play MMOs for the PVP/PVE aspect of things. Some people just like to collect things, the rarer the better. At any rate this has been discussed at length before <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/forums/index.php?showtopic=106647" target="_blank">here</a> and in a few other places and I think the general consensus was "No and there shouldn't be."

    A question specifically related to the Vet/Connie Icons was recently asked on the readyroom.org interview too:

    I wonder why there wont be little icons next to the names like in ns1, It would be awesome if they implamented that, Ive always liked adding custom icons next to my admins names :D

    I love the idea of having the constie logo on the armor. Great suggestion!
    Not something I'd expect around release, but after things have slowed down a bit.

    That may have been your intent, but the program was established for NS1. No matter how bad you want it to be something different there has been no indication that the program is in any way tied to NS2.

    I already have pre ordered SE. The point is I know a lot of people who bought it to support the developers so that they could get to building NS2. I don't think any one is really that bothered about getting nothing in return, but a thank you for helping make NS2 possible would be nice.

    And their wish has been granted: NS2 is coming out hopefully this year. If they need any further reward, just buy the Special Edition.

    By the way I was part of Constellation and I saw my donation mostly as paying for a game that I believed deserved it. If I had bought it to help NS2 come out, I would be quite satisfied with NS2 coming out.

    i think the fact that special edition may only last during preorder may be the const we have. basically being black marines. like as much as it'll make money for UWE, i want to laugh at someones face with my black marine armor while they suffer for not buying it earlier XD
