Pre-order problems;"#keytext" instead of key

Hi all
I pre-ordered a week or so ago, and got a key fine.
I later pre-ordered for a paypal-less friend. The paypal contact email was the same as the previous pre-order. However this time, the email I received was;

Exactly as quoted; with "#keytext" instead of an actual serial.
Known issue? Anything I can do to fix this?

Some bug or are the keys just not available yet? I dont really care when I get my key(s),
as long as I get to play Alpha and Beta as well as the real game :P

Seriously, I just pre-ordered, had the same problem, found this on my own and this thing send me the key registered on my e-mail.
I will fix this today. Please do write me at charlie@unknownworlds.com with your Paypal e-mail address if you still need a key. Sorry!

Didn't realise there was an NS2 faq separate from forums. Still, well done pSyk0mAn for finding it all on your own. :P
There's a proper NS2 key retrieval script now, just go here:
