Game on vista has some problems :(

why doesnt the game works properly? this only happen when i play it on vista. when on xp there are no problems :\

does someone have a clue?
I have a Q6600 4gb ram and a 4850radeon

    64 bit OSes break with the gamma ramp. Just turn up the gamma via other sources. It doesn't look as purdy, but it works.

    well, other things break it also.

    Basically:

    Turning off gammaramp will fix the black sprites/green text problems, but you will manually have to futz with the brightness/contrast in game.

    Take your pick.

    Actually, this is not a problem on Windows 7 (Build 7100). I think it's a Vista problem, rather than a 64 bit. Still, disabling the gammaramp should fix it.

    actually you have to set gammaramp to 0 in win7 too. well for 32bit anyway.
