e-mail used for pre-ordering

I pre-ordered the NS2 Special Edition using Paypal.

Am I supposed to get any other confirmation beside the Paypal payment one?
Since it says "<i>You will receive a confirmation note with your key (or keys) by e-mail shortly (make sure store@unknownworlds.com is added to your address book to make sure it isn't marked as spam).</i>".

I didn't get anything like that yet.
Is it possible to re-sent the confirmation or even change the e-mail used for pre-ordering?

If possible, I'd like to do so, as my Paypal one is rather spam-infested and unreliable.

    You should receive a second email after the paypal confirmation, stating your key. Check your spam box, just incase.

    I haven't received my confirmation either. I also forgot the password for this account and wanted to retrieve it (and since the mail hasnt arrived yet, i tried out some passwords and picked the right one).
    Since both mails werent delivered, this could indicate that the email server is under a lot of stress.

    I got mine less than 5 minutes after my purchase went through. I used Paypal with a confirmed method, perhaps YMMV if you use an unconfirmed method.

    Makes sense to me - I know I'd not hand out the goods til I had the payment.

    It took about 6 hours for mine to come though. I wouldn't worry about it.

    I'd still like to have an option what e-mail to use though.

    I think the only option at present is to change the email that paypal uses before placing your order. If your email doesn't come right away, check your spam folder and then wait. The game isn't going to come out tomorrow so don't worry if your key doesn't arrive right away. As long as you get the paypal receipt email everything should be fine.
