It Changed My Video Card?

<div class="IPBDescription">opengl problem...</div> alright, i downloaded the mod and all, but for some reason it changed my video card to use opengl or whatever it does with opengl. now not only can i not play NS, i can't play any half-life games on this computer. any suggestions on how to change it back? i can play it on my computer which is downstairs from my room, but that's the family one and i don't often get time on it. i would really like to use it on this one, but i am halted by the aforementioned problem. thanks for any help you can give me. : <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->

    from the beginning go to configuration, video, video modes, then click on the mode type you want to use at the top.

    Just so you know, the reason that this happened is because Natural Selection doesn't presently support software rendering mode, which is the default setting for Half-life. Since you said that OpenGL does not work on your video card, you will have to use Direct3D. You can select Direct3D in the video modes menu that Od1um described.

    I have had the solution posted there for a long time.. I think it should solve your problem.., do you get the message "the selected Opengl mode is not supported by your video card' even though it is??
