Output Window request

It would be great if the Output window in Decoda could show the output of printf(), and/or OutputDebugString().

    We'll look at adding this in the next version. Decoda currently supports another mechanism for writing to the Output window using the decoda_output function in Lua; there's more information on that in the help file.
