Alternative secondary weapons

How about an alterative to the pistol for the marine (as great as it is) <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tsa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::tsa::" border="0" alt="tsa.gif" />
I was thinking a 6 round RPG revolver, with 50 dmg each or something. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/siege.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::siege::" border="0" alt="siege.gif" />

And how about an upgrade for the knife? Light saw or short range taser? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/fade.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::fade::" border="0" alt="fade.gif" />

    why dont you just suggest this for a secondary weapon right of the bat?

    laser? taser? for what reason? marines should shoot, not stab, and dont you think about it, melee is aliens terrietory, leave it to them.

    sorry if you read this post in a harsh tone, in which it isnt written in, but... dont you think that wasnt suggested countless times before?

    AHAHAHAHAH that wins my vote... MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!

    but I woudnt mind a high damage slow shooting small clip and a low damage fast shooting big clip gun.
