<div class="IPBDescription">Pugs running frequently in AUS/NZ</div>If you're good* at NS and want to play in pugs, join the "Australian Natural Selection Pug (ANSP)" group.
We have pugs about 3-5 times a week - generally between the hours of 7:30pm and 10:30pm NZT (That's GMT +10). Thursdays and Sundays are usually the best days to be on.
*If you're not from Australia or New Zealand, you'll probably get a rather high ping. To compensate for this, you'll probably have to be rather good at ns. I'd prefer people that have played in pugs and/or clan matches before, and therefore will understand the importance of teamwork, listening and not being an absolute retard.

I hate you meatshield

With the state of the player base, how can you "prefer" to be choosy with people who express an interest in honing their ns skills via pugs? Smacks of elitism to me... Even retards can have behavior modifications
Keep in mind it's best to just ignore my blatant trolling <3

kk..let's get started with really BAD servers ... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/nerd-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::nerdy::" border="0" alt="nerd-fix.gif" />
As long as I've seen someone play in a pub before, or someone can vouch for the other player's non-retardedness, they can play :s
When it comes to choosing teams, we just pick the best players first - so we can make the teams balanced! If you wait, generally someone will leave mid pug, and you can just join then. If you really want to be picked, just tell someone before the game starts, most people will be kind enough to pick you (even if they pick you last).
Regarding kicking:
I'm usually the active admin.
Reasons for kicking:
-afk
-joining a team when it's already 6v6
-mic spam, being a retard, dropping dcs etc
-admitting to having played only for a couple of weeks OR me not knowing who you are (I really don't want to ruin the game for 11 other people by letting some random drop dcs in a vent then bite the hive to death...
Clearing servers:
The players on a server are not the property of the server. They can play wherever they like. IF they choose to leave mid-game, it's a pity (esp. if it was a good game), but that's just bad luck.
Elitism:
We're hardly elitist. As long as someone has played for a reasonable length of time (and someone can vouch for them), can aim and isn't a retard (ie, follows orders/takes alien roles and advice), they're fine to play. Basically, a couple of terrible players can ruin an entire game for everyone else. If I let retards ruin pugs, I would start to struggle to get 12 players together. Therefore, I only take people I know aren't idiots.
If someone is genuinely new to ns (like only played a couple of weeks), I'm usually willing to take them through some of the basics (bhop, ambush, building, using mines, covering, the map etc) before they come and play a pug.
Mortien, it usually is a fair game. This is because we usually have two teams of solid players. If you join while I'm on, I'll probably pick you ok? Remember, you don't join a team when there are already 6 on each team!
**If you're been kicked, you probably joined a team after the pug started. Pugs are 6v6 only!
zig heil
I'd get rejected :/ though I did get a post featured on nsplayer (inspite it being pointless ######e xD) \o\
