Searching for "best Starcraft player" turns up a lot of candidates, but your name doesn't seem to be among them. Do you play under a different alias professionally?

I'm not korean, but I wrecked Elky at his prime.
(and by wrecked I mean 4pooled zvz)
(and I lost the 4 follow up games to tvp gas before depot)

    Actually if you had searched for the best Starcraft players (instead of making a veiled troll post <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" /> ) I *think* aNytiMe was/is a big name Korean player. This guy is just faking though <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/asrifle.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::asrifle::" border="0" alt="asrifle.gif" />

An SC tournament for NS players would be a laugh. I was a pretty good NS commander by the game's death but I truely suck the big one in most strat games- would be interesting to see how other NS players stack up.

I used the name anytime long before the korean was big. He stole <u>my</u> name. Anytime was easily top3 at one point.

A SC NS tourney would definitely be cool.

I would be down for a NS SC tourny as long as it was more than like 3 people. I've always been a newb at SC.

Right so .... you won a ZvZ matchup which is the most volatile and unpredictable matchup possible in SC? Even top Korean players lose to unknowns in major tournaments in ZvZ matchups. Oh, and using 4pool one of the most ridiculously lame and risky all-in strats there are? And you lost every other game to Elky.
<b>How exactly are you bragging about this?</b>

Online SC = fail anyway, battlenet failtards who cant muta micro or do anything else which requires a modicum of skill and practise. Mass hydra and goon spam for the win right?

No need for harsh language. The first post is definitely not a joke because everyone knows that I am the authority on all things StarCraft around here.

(what I want to know is if I'm the only Z that can successfully open with 5pool against terrans every game)

lol. So far every post I've made in this thread has been a thinly veiled joke and you must be Radix junior if you can't decipher them. (you are) I don't think you realize that elky is the second best non-Korean player of all time. He was ages ahead of me skill wise when he was big. He is fat "happy" Frenchman now, and is a poker star

Also marks, I don't think you know what you're talking about. Mass hydra and goons? Are you a BGH player? The only time I would think of building hydra would be in a timing 5 hat hydra break on a fast expand toss zvp. In other words, you are bad at internet and you are bad at bw. I'm calling you out.

I've played SC with friends ages ago, 't was fun, but I utter suck at SC.
Love watching a good replay though, especially when commented.

SERIOUSLY. I grew up in Germany, where nobody knows how to make ###### popcorn. Once I was at a theme park in Denmark (I forgot which) and wanted popcorn, but I wasn't sure what they'd put on it. So I asked "It's not with sugar, is it?" and they looked at me like I had a bonsai tree growing out of my forehead. "Why would we put sugar on it?"

No really, why would you? WHY?!

Americans actually do both. Regular GOOD popcorn, and then atrocities like kettle corn (sugar and butter). The only redeeming factor is that REAL kettle corn is actually surprisingly good (it is light on the sugar).

That being said, if NS people actually get it on, there should be commented replays available so those of use that suck balls at RTS games can watch wth is going on.

That's partially correct. Fast upgrade hydra in ZvZ is an inferior build because mutaling is much more cost effective. Hydra does have a single use outside of zvz and that's to morph lurkers. Go hydra! Lurkerling is superior to hydra unless you're fighting air. I like to build hydra and attack move them behind a wall of elephants. Easier to micro thank ultraling when flanking.

Hydra has never been known as the cost effective zerg unit. All it offers the zerg is stability. As in, if you mess up a flank, you aren't instantly down 5000000 units. In ZvP they are a method of maintaining superiority. If you're ahead, you build hydra. If you're about equal, lurkerling or muta.
