    Is this the site owner telling us of weird letter chains she'd dealt with at work or a third person or is it the man's site laughing at what he did?
    What does he owe the money for? Is it related to the note about chiropractors next to it? I'm confuuuuuused @.@

    He had been raping ######s and they wanted him to pay the money instead of accusing him of a crime. That's the whole point of the joke.
