    Well, not working in America but if I heard correctly you can use 'Monster' to find jobs.

    Depends what he is looking for job wise. Monster.com has pretty good success. Craigslist even works pretty well if you know the area you will be heading to.

    The 'best' job search site for America is a pretty general thing to ask for...where does he plan on moving? <a href="http://www.craigslist.org/" target="_blank">Craigslist</a> is good, along with <a href="http://www.careerbuilder.com/" target="_blank">CareerBuilder</a>, but I always seem to find more/better jobs on city job sites. I'd tell him to Google jobs in some cities that has his interest.

    My friend plans on moving to California.

    He has backgrounds in accounting and restaurants but would love to work on marinas.
