Most of Louisville won't have power for the better part of a week, at least. So no power is my "setup". In fact I'm typing this in on of the few places in the city that does have power. The latest estimate from LG&E is ~180,000 clients w/o power with 10-14 day repair window for 99% return to service. In short, expect massive outages to continue until later.
Part of the problem of course is that LG&E sent ~400 crews down to help with hurricane Gustav and then more plus those that transferred over to help with hurricane Ike damage in Huston and Galveston.
I know Cincinnati got hit pretty hard too with outages, I think it was in the news the day after at about ~600,000 outages in the greater Cincinnati area.
I'd e-mail you a cookie tekproxy except that I think I'm going to keep it for myself so I don't have to fight the zombie mobs at the few stores that are open (if they stay open for much longer).
Is your house OK?
Good luck with the recovery though.
