GAME CRASHES?

every time i try to launch the game through half life 1 i see the back round image for 2 secs then the game crashes so if anyone knows my problem plz post back to me or how to fix it then tell me what i must do to resolve this <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tsa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::tsa::" border="0" alt="tsa.gif" /> <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/marine.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::marine::" border="0" alt="marine.gif" />

    Dude,

    are you trying to start a game from STEAM then Half-Life OR just starting from Half-Life only.

    make sure ya start it from steam just like everybody else.

    When it crashes does the sound LOOP ??

    here's somthing that may help

    MAKE SURE WinVNC or ULTRAVNC is NOT LOADED (disable in device manager if need-be)


    Question - Do you have the lastest video drivers ? Is it a firewall problem blocking HL.exe ?
