Quick rundown:
You need steam and Half-Life on your steam account!
Start steam
Run half-life
start the hazard course (halflife training)
exit half-life
close steam
run the NS 3.2 installer
when the installation is finished
start steam
in the my games tab you should see natural selection
double click and you are in
The reason for there being no ns.exe is that half-life mods are launched through a command line parameter. So a NS shortcut would look something like this "...\steam\half-life\valve\hl-exe" -applaunch 320
Please notice, that I dont know the current applaunch number for NS!
Yeah, thats true, the NS only a MOD for a Half-Life.
U will NOT found a NS.exe, because the Half-Life runs the NS.

Yes yes, the Half-Lifemust LOADS the Textures, and WAD files.

In normal (OFFLINE) mode this is enought for NS install, but FASKALIA have right.
The Internet plays NS requied a Steam account with a valid Half-Life 1 .

Please read this thread, again!
It has been stated several time that there is no NS.exe
Refer to this guide on how to perform a complete installation:
<a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=89619&st=0&start=0" target="_blank">http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index....t=0&start=0</a>
correct. thus why the guide says so <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />
Ok thanks but in the time it took to respond I d/led Half-life and installed NS Now how do I get the game to initiate
I installed NS without actually playing half life before on this computer (new one etc..) so the game didn't recognize the movements or something.
I was able to join games after installing NS, but it got stuck at loading the game. I could join teams and hear the sounds, but not being able to move or do anything.
Working now after loading up a Half Life game. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />
