Hello to all.
Im new here, but I have been playing NS for years...long time ago.
First of all I have to say thank you so much for giving me tons of funny hours <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />
U did/do a great job!!!!

Well, I decided to register to this forum for a different reason: I think in one or two months HalfLife1 will do ten years from the release. I have written Valve remembering them that, and remembering them how many people worked in tons of mods of HalfLife. I said them that each person which supported or played or developed any mod, have made HL grow and grow. I suggested Valve to make a gift to all the community bringing HL1 source/engine to us making it opensource.

Nobody looses anything.
Could someone apart from me email them?

Anyway, I work as PC-BSD developer (a FreeBSD/Unix OS) and I would really love to see Natural Selection/CounterStrike 1.6/DayofDefeat1.3/...and many other mods running as open source in other Operating Systems. And that could be possible following the steps done by Quake Developers which opened their sources to create great games like OpenArena/Tremulous/WorldOfPadman/...

Thanks! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />
