My only concern is that public transportation hubs will eventually developed "pay toilet syndrome"; it was annoying enough in Germany. I'd think publich establishments would want them as a courtesy to their customer base, but that's their choice (Dunkin Donuts had free toilets, as I recall, but they were also pretty dirty).
Funnily enough, you can go to the bathroom on the train all you want, but the train depots cost you, pffft. I'm travelling here, why you gotta force me to hold it for 45 minutes until my train comes? Subways I can understand pay toilets, I suppose, but toilets don't seem to be all that prevalent around them, anyway.
