<div class="IPBDescription">new FREE mmo!!!</div>Without going into all the details, this game is pretty much a free version of WoW. The graphics are similar to that of SRO.

    Looks interesting. I might read up on this later. First and third video makes for some fun watching but that dungeon vid is terrible. The cave looks pretty bad. Almost like molten core without the lava effects.

    OH MAN and look at those graphics! They totally got the WoW look down 100%! Even the button icons look the exact same!

    has anyone bothered to look at perfect worlds website layout.. its an exact ripoff of wows website layout.

    Is this game really free? They have to be making money somewhere, right? I tried to read the FAQ on the official page, but it seemed largely incomprehensible to me.

    You know, this may be one of the most artistically derivative games I have ever seen. I don't have any ties to Blizzard, but the imitation is so extreme, as kyliegirl said, even right down to the website, that it actually disgusts me.

    It almost seams like they found a way to break down the wow models and code files and so on, well at least the models and just hum lets move this vert, lets move it to there, this vert here and delete that edge, hum lets modify the skin a bit, ok take some second life poser animations.

    WHAT do you mean they arnt getting paid. not all things are weighed in dollar signs... at least not initaly. PR is one of the best things any company can get, when you start diping in a fan base of 8 million what 3 million have quit cos wow costs money and "sucks".
    Sweet whos this company, ok cool hey this isnt to bad, a team of six guys and there laywer modifyed wow enough so they can market it, hey they are bringing this game out soon "some random game of the future" cool lets buy it.

    Hey if i could spend a couple of months pokeing around in some code to have 3 millions peoples attention and know my name, ready for when i say hey guys i made this game over here its completely original come cheak it out, sure it costs money but hey who cares right?.

    It's going to be a cash shop driven game, like so many other asian MMO's.

    Cash shop driven games seem to be very popular right now and companies are raking in money from those games.

    Fuzzy me and you will make a world of starcraft. If these guys can do it we can. One thing though I prolly wouldnt want a XP lvl orientated MMORPG grind fest, I want a RTS/FPS-TPS/MMO

    Played the game a while ago (probably a beta or something, or possibly a .my version, I don't really know).

    It is yet another free asain MMO.

    So grind fest.

    IF you like this type of game, then PW is a GREAT version (it has a number of decent features, some good game play for that type, etc etc).

    However, I think it sucks, just like every other one.


    Btw, similarity between this and WoW is slim and none. Customization of characters is lacking (in terms of play style), There is the standard lack of Polish (btw, POLISH is what sets WoW apart from most other MMOs, sure it is all the 'same' but they did it WELL).

    Thansal: I don't think they were going on about it plays like wow, but more that, ehm.. Oh I dunno, it looks like a GUI mod for wow and also their site is a CSS mod for wow sites <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />

    Haven't played it, probably never will also I don't have any hdd space left currently. So there!
