Might have been suggested b4 i dont feel liek looking through whole forum but maybe rines could set up a camera droped by comm
gorges could be able to destroy cameras and build their own sort of eye like building to spy on marines.
Since the aliens seem to keep destroying res towers i drop. so i wonder if we could drop cameras on the map viewable through a menu on commander hud.
The hardest thing for me in aliens,because i never to get scent of fear upgrade is to figure out where the marines are if not parasited.
maybe a gorge can drop cameras on the map at key points to keep a watch on hives res towers etc. Maybe a gorge will drop a camera then when marine comes alert skulk to his presence thus setting up an ambush. The gorge may acess their camera through going to a hive and entering if possibe in NS2
Now when comm drops a camera it could be droped like a trip mine but the marine may place it anywhere on the wall or floor.
The gorges may drop it like a normal chamber but it must be much smaller so that it isnt easily detected.
Please tell me if u see any flaws in my idea id like to hear em, gameplay problems, glitchable maybe, or maybe a balancing idea?
Plus counter-strike seemed to have been able to do it in one of their maps accesed by pressing "e" on a console with screens.

I mean actualy go first person camera view instead of ns1s comm oversight where its just top view
well i was glad i didnt completely restate another persons idea sorry didnt feel like searching the whole forum.
