2.minimap become the blueprint of the map. It won't show where your teammate are. each marine get a camera on the body, marine can see what one of your teammates saw through the camera on a small window and press button to switch to other teammates.

Yep, the commander needs the ability to hack stuff and influence the flow of gameplay outside of HEY GUYS GO HERE, HAVE SOME MEDPACKS. And as far as I know, he'll have that ability.

Eh, the minimap can look like a blueprint but your teammate's position needs to be shown.
The camera thing I like, it'd look pretty awesome. You get a lot more info spectating people when you're dead than you do when you're alive.
