i have installed it the right way 7 times!!!! it still says in a server that software mode is not supported by naturl selection i have played this before plz help!

1) At least ATTEMPT to use proper English. help me PLZ asks for us to ignore you.
2) Tech support, not new player forum.
Simply put, software mode is not supported by NS.
You have to go into the settings and make sure you have your video options set to D3D or OGL (OGL is preferable due to how GldSrc handles D3D).
If you can't (say you don't have a video card), then you are SoL. IF you do have a video card, and still get problems, update the drivers.
