Early Skulk Concept

I just added a few parts.

What do you think? Maybe it could be a good seperate Alien to the Skulk or whatever.. just more defensive?
Attacks and Skills - i don't know. Maybe a poison attack like umbra, only in the parasite way?
Leap - only like a frog or something? The outtaken lerk attack, where it spits spikes? Hopefully you Guys have ideas, too.

I think it's damn cool looking and maybe it is for use. If not, wayne.

I hate to be deadly honest, but your "new alien concept" appears to be "I just randomly photoshopped bits onto a skulk".

I imagine it to be <b>slow like a Gorge</b>, but with a <b>slash attack</b> and <b>wall climbing abilities</b>, maybe a hybrid between the two. Maybe it can build one <b>new type of chamber</b>? A <b>flame chamber </b> maybe? Yeah... which <b>explodes and does damage to marines around it when it is destroyed</b>. This <b>chamber wouldn't need a hive</b>, it would <b>just require this alien to build it</b>, and maybe this alien can only <b>build 1-3 of them depending on how many hives</b> the aliens have. The chamber would be it's of its first weapon maybe...
And it has a flame attack, like a flame thrower. Which gets can fire further with more Focus. I imagine this would be the 3rd weapon, maybe the 2nd is slash. Or maybe Slash should be the first, as you cant really build with no hives. Yeah I think that would work better right?
I think it's last weapon would either be either a flame version of xenocide, which leaves an area of flame around it when it dies. Or a jump attack, or maybe that should be the 3rd attack, and the Flame thrower should be last? But then if it is slow it might be a bad idea to have a slash. maybe a boost thing that allowed it to run away... no I have got it, a flame bile bomb!

Name: Undecided, Vesta (Greek Goddess, protector of the Home and has a flame as her symbol) Or Vulcan (Roman God of the Forge, where weapons are made, a bit too Star Trek I would say) Or Vlam (I just changed my wiki to Netherlands on the "Flame" page. lol!)
COST: undecided, more than a Gorge but less than a Fade (20?)
Weapons:
1st: Slash: Damage 65, ROF 1.24sec. Energy cost: 5%
2nd: Build Flame Chamber: Energy cost: 50% (see below for details.)
3rd: Flame: Damage 40 on burst (leaves flames along the length of the burst which fall to the ground and cause Damage 9/sec) flames stay for 3sec, ROF: 1/sec, Energy cost: 5% (needs 25% to start, but will fire until energy is depleted)
4th: Flame Bomb (Napalm?): Damage 40 on explosion (leaves flames, radius 100), ROF 3sec, Energy Cost 28%, does splash damage and flames remain on floor: Radius of 100, stay for 3sec, Damage 9/sec.
Flame Chamber (AKA FC):
1 Per Hive.
Damage: Fires out Flame (see above, 3rd weapon) Range improves on each hive built
Hitpoints: 1000
Prerequisites: 1 fully built Hive.
Flame Chambers remain up even if the player dies, but the player may not build any more even if they become this alien again.

But yeah nogoodnickname the Armour/Health sounds about right. Maybe 60 armour I recon those spines would give it a little more protection and also because it's filled with loads of flammable liquid. But then again it might be more fun to lower the armour just to see it explode <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />
